Ideas about oral mucosal lesion excision/biopsy?

@jawa, you appear to be asking what can be done about mouth lesions or mucosal changes in the oral cavity. Can you explain a bit more? Are these mucosal lesions due to cancer treatments? What kind of cancer?

I had a sore white patchy lesion in the buccal mucosa which was recently excised, however, post excision I still feel trismus and pain at the site of surgery. Biopsy and histopathology report is pending.
