@solobeee1 Caution is a good thing but remember EVERY medication has side effects and scientific opinions change and ebb and flow. Look at marijuana. Gabapentin is the current "favored" pain medication but many adverse reactions are coming to light, including it making the top 10 list for overdoses. I only recently painfully learned how biased scientific opinions can be. Make informed decisions but remember generally all people do not react the same to ANY medication and we should support the individual's right to choose what is best for them.
