@johnbishop . Hi John. I also sleep in my recliner every night, and have done so for four years due to a brainstem AVM and vertigo. I find that lying flat in a bed makes my vertigo much worse, somewhat the same feeling as having a wee bit too much vino,
'way back in the good old days.
My Lay-Z-Boy chair is my best friend these days! Warmest wishes,

@artist01 Recliners can be really helpful when you can't sleep in a regular bed. We finally broke down a couple of years ago and bought an adjustable bed and I have the head slightly elevated all the time.
