I started osteostrong and stopped due to no evidence that it works. I'd love to get actual feedback on changes in T-scores, with or without meds, what kinds of med, supplements, etc. Someone should be conducting a study with a control group.

Aloha. I'm new here. I'd be willing to prepare an excel spread sheet for all if anyone wants to share info. Example: Scores and date, Rx and type and when began or no Rx, type of exercise such as weight training, Osteostrong (and date started), running/walking, etc., bone sups type and daily dose. My scores were bad post chemo and only got worse. No bone meds. Yes to supps. Then over two year period had improvement working one day a week lifting squatting and climbing ladder and walking 30+ minutes regularly. Then Covid came (less active) and next DEXA was worst it had ever been -4 in hip (Summer 2022). Nov 2022 began Osteostrong. DEXA later this month (2 years post last one and about 19 months post starting Osteostrong) so it will be interesting. Noting though I have not been walking as I did prior now being a caregiver added top plate which leaves me too exhausted and almost no time other than getting in two 1 hour brisk walks in per week. Thinking of cancelling Osteostrong or possibly eliminating the "leg press" and "luggage lift" depending on what DEXA shows. I've had increasing pain (pre-existing lower lumbar herniated discs) over time since starting Osteostrong and more so this year which now presents with nerve pain in legs. Each time I do really well on "leg press" and "luggage lift" I notice nerve pain is exacerbated. These days even when I pull back to only make it to "trigger" I still can't recover adequately from nerve pain.
