Hello I have Fibro as well as diabetics, kidney stones, frequent UTI's, IBS, depression and several other problems. I stay in pain and when I'm in pain my diabetics numbers go up! I have just started applying for my disability. I am 51 yrs old. Any suggestions?

Cut out all processed food, including bread, cake, biscuits, pastries, sweets or savory junk food. Increase your protein inc. beans, lentils, chickpeas, eggs, meat and some dairy (ideally fermented ie. yoghurt, not milk) and include in every meal and snacks. Protein is essential for the production of neurotransmitters needed to support depression and IBS, immune system for UTIs and to regulate blood sugar levels in diabetes. Drink minimum 2 liters water daily. Have Epsom salt baths (300gms salt) daily. Drink green vegetable drinks. All your conditions can be significantly reduced or possibly gone.
