I have tremors but only when I am lying down. They have moved from just the lower part of my body to the upper part now and are stronger. I have seen every type of doc but a neurologist. When does this end?

@frking Hi there. How annoying that must be. Do they continue in your lower body in addition to the upper, or have they traded off? How long have you been experiencing tremors?

may i ask what did your neurologist say it was? i've seen two. but mine are external also. but i get vibrating feelings in my sleep.

i too have had internal tremors...as dr said wss name..he said related to adrenal gland..but did no tests!! tremors are in legs just early in the morning... when I'm waking up. Had covid and heart issue with vaccine... cardiologist told !e not to get a second shot.

Have you ever tried seeing someone who treats the nervous system, like a chiropractor?

People with long-haul also find relief (sometimes) by using ice baths as a therapy. It seems like it acts as a "reset" for the entire body, and an over-stimulated nervous system. (That's how it feels to me anyway.) This is a very common therapy in Europe and other very cold countries.

And on that note, I know several people who have completely healed (severe) ailments with just hot and cold water therapy (switching back and forth between the two). This type of practice is also common in other parts of the world.

Maybe me often begin in my feet, while lying down, and move your way up my body until my whole body has some, including my head and they are painful. I first got them after Covid in Feb. 2021. They dissipated slightly after my third booster, but came back full force after having Covid a third time.
