How did you get through after getting covid-19?

I'd like to know can you usually call your transplant and talk with them at once? I only can call the hospital and the nurse will transfer to another nurse or other places, then they tell me that they leave a message to the doctor or the nurse. They may respond me when they see it.

@echo2022 Yes, I can usually call and speak with a live transplant nurse, even if my assigned nurse is not available. Or if no one is available, I leave a detailed message and a transplant nurse will usually call me back in an hour or two. If you are having problems getting through to someone in transplant, leave an urgent detailed message that you are a transplant patient, you tested positive for covid 3 days ago, you have a high fever, bad cough and you would appreciate to speak with someone in transplant today for instructions. (Don't forget to leave your name, phone number and birthdate clearly).
Do you feel like you should go to the ER? If so, bring your transplant phone number so your local hospital can call transplant for specific instructions. How are you feeling? Are you feeling a little better or worse? Fever? Cough?
