Thank you Mary. I do understand that exercise. Makes sense. Will do it. I
am at -15 on straighten. Dr is having a machine at my house to help out.
The cpm has really hurt my knee. After mua I went backwards on rom. So I
feel very confused. And back to thearpy this week. Worn out. I appreciate
your advice greatly.
