Has anyone experienced internal vibrations?
I started having the only way I can explain it is internal vibrations. I've had them for 3 months now, I went to t hihe ER and they told me it was anxiety. A doctor diagnosed me at a clinic as having Lyme disease I've started a 21-day prescription of Doxycycline I'm on day 7. I went to a psychiatrist a week ago to get something because of my nerves are just over the brink. He prescribed me Gabapentin and Valium I've only been on them a few days.
Has anyone experienced these internal vibrations?I have them almost 24/7 chest neck stomach from the hips down. I have more lab tests that should be in today, but the doctor's office said that they would not call unless there was some abnormality in the lab work.

Hello @vash. I found an existing discussion where members are talking about internal tremors so have moved your post here so that you may more easily connect with others such as @lwoodbrey @onamission @wisusa and @hannah27486 who have all recently shared about internal vibrations and/or what they have been doing for them.
How long have you been experiencing this?
@amandajro thank u so much. I have this issue from last yr jan ever since I had covid. Along with parasthesia symptoms. I would love to receive some help from others.
@hannah27486 Hi Hannah, welcome. That wasn't a long post at all. Thank you for such helpful contributions. It's great that you've found relief from B12. I'm curious if your blood work ever showed low B12? Anyway, way to go on self-regulating!
You mention vibrations, throat sensations, and other issues. And the fact that running seemed to help calm the vibrations. Neurological for sure! Central Sensitization perhaps. Are you familiar with Central Sensitization Syndrome?
@rwinney please give me some info on central sensitization syndrome
@vash Sure thing, here is a a video from Dr. Sletten of the Mayo Clinic Rehabilitation Center presenting on CSS:
And here is information about the Mayo Pain Rehab Center's 3 week outpatient rehabilitation program:

Do you find a connection with CSS regarding your symptoms?
@rwinney
Thank u ☺️
You and I have the very same symptoms. It started around age 35 after a bariatric surgery and got progressively worse until I had to retire from teaching at age 55. I have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia, rheum. arthritis (no crippling), and polymalgia rheumatica. The internal tremors have recently started and I have begun testing with a neurologist again. I really believe they have not identified the real cause to this point. You are not alone.
Yes I have the vibrations. Dr. Said it was meniers. Terrible horrific ringing with a submarine clinking sound.
I have that once in a while, very subtle so not enough to be concern.
Patients who have long COVID or were injured by the vaccines are reporting internal vibrations and/or paresthesia. You may see their comments in the Covid section of Mayo Connect. To learn more about vaccine injuries, you could join the Neuro V Long-Haulers Facebook group.
