From discussions on this forum I ended up purchasing the PARI travel nebulizer and think it works really well. It is also pretty quiet to use which is nice when in the car or another room. It comes with a plug for home use and also one for the car.

For the best nebulizer, you can ask your doctor to write a prescription for a nebulizer. This will be more effective than over the counter medication. We got one yesterday for my husband, Will, and our doctor wrote a prescription for it. Hope this helps.

Thanks for your advice. I am not familiar with the type of nebulizer you refer to and I am going to ask our doctor about it.
