@towanda7, sometimes it can help to connect with others who are also managing multiple chronic and/or complex conditions like you are: heart conditions like SCAD and a-fib, neurological issues with MS and now possibly hematologic issues.
Your message, however, sounds like you would like to seek a mutlidisciplinary medical professional assessment. Have you considered a second opinion at a large medical center like Mayo Clinic?

After a Medical Vacation which took me from Los Angeles to Rochester, MN, I can highly recommend going there. It was educational in many ways; and an inspiring daily art experience seeing the best art collection seen anywhere that was not in a museum. Loved my week and a half there. So glad to have followed the guidance of Mayo’s ($25) travel advisor. Suggest applying with them. It took three months to get my appointment and schedule to see a variety of specialists. Well worth the travel expense. Wishing you well.
