I always take the Xarelto at dinner time and I sleep very well but the pain I've had in my joints is usually more in the morning so I've been looking into CBD oil to take the pain away and it can be used with the Xarelto I am the same problem that you guys have going on a vacation and having to get my blood checked so we have to find an answer somewhere

I purchased some CBD oil for my grandson who has terrible pain in his legs from a horrific automobile accident in which his right leg was broken above the knee and both bones below the knee and his left leg below the knee. Even at such a young age, he has a lot of pain. The CBD oil did work for him. He won't use narcotic pain relievers at all. He occasionally smokes marijuana and swears that works best but doesn't want to get it prescribed to him. I know they do have it in pill form (the VA prescribes it for veterans with both PTSD and physical pain). I'm not sure if you could get that???
