How do you cope with Overactive Bladder/Urge incontinence?
Does anyone have suggestions on how to cope with overactive bladder and urge incontinence? Are there any meds that can help without causing unwanted side effects?

Hi I wonder if I start off through food and fruits and over time it helps is the hope I can think of.
I see that you drink lots of water. I wonder why that is -some say to cut back on fluid intake. Would you kindly explain the reason for
lots of water.
Thanks
Ainsleigh
I forgot to mention that I am using Vagifem Insert Tablets 3 times a week. No improvement yet with that and the Oxybuynin
oral pills 2 times daily.

I received this from The Cleveland Clinic today. Hopefully it’s helpful,

Thanks for your input. I just turned 81 so really appreciate helpful suggestions..............-do not want to think there is no help for the problem. I think I would like to look into this.
Best wishes

Has anyone used the AZO supplement for over active bladder and had great results?
Welcome @mkb53. I moved your question about AZO supplement for an overactive bladder to this existing discussion:

I did this so you can connect with other members like @ainsleigh @mariyamakabo @lcbrust @danceswithhooves @thiele @lindes @imallears who may have similar experiences to share.
MKB, was AZO recommended to you by your doctor?
AZO was not recommended by my doctor. I saw it in a store recently with other AZO products and was wondering if it helped.
I am the same but I change3times
Per day. I use super pants from

My urinary problems were traced to a prolapsed bladder (Mayo Clinic, Jacksonville, FL), and after this was repaired, I do not have any problems anymore.
