Great article on sleep position @johnbishop . I’ve been struggling with the arm numbness for about. 6 months. I have been terrified being woken thinking I’ve had a stroke and the minute it takes to shake and massage my arms, hand, or fingers to get feeling and movement back. While I’ve been experimenting with how to avoid having this happen, this article offers upfront assistance to help tackle the issue. For me, well timed information!

Hi!
I am a side sleeper. I just read your response about the "helpful article." I have had serious foot P-N problems for years, but just started this year with my hands and arms going numb during the night. I could have written exactly what you said!! I was afraid I was having a stroke.
Please share what "ARTICLE" you said was helpful? Also, my hands are very cold all the time if the outside temperature is below 70 degrees. Any ideas out there would be most welcomed!!!
