If you have had covid-19 that could possibly be the reason. Last time I heard there were over 50 reactions to covid. And that was about a month ago. So it is old info. Drs. don't know

Perhaps try a stronger steroid cream from your Dr ?

Yes. In month 8 and symptoms have changed over time. Recently I started getting sores on my collar bones where my shirts rest on my skin. Same shirts, same detergent. So, I assumed that if Long Covid is partly an auto-immune problem this could be part of it, since I cannot find any other cause. I used topical over the counter remedies that did not really help. Now they are gone though.

I also got a rash from my vaccine. It was on the inside of my forearms and luckily didn't itch. I read that it can be a reaction to certain vaccines.

Did you get rashes from the first 2 shots and the boosters ?

my daughter is an adult, she is taking care of herself at the moment, she has tried steroids and antihistamines but they only give her temporary help and then it comes back as bad as before. wondering if doctors are using anything else for the symptom

I used a topical steroid and that did help my rashes... I got the rashes only after my first and second boosters. post the first booster - I got a red rash up and down my arms, Post the second booster I get a bundle like rash on my stomach and then a dry skin rash on my face. In all cases the short term use of a steroid cream worked

I had hives on my calves a few months after covid. Lasted for a few days and came back later. Antihistamine worked.
