2 years sick, nauseous and dizzy, no answer, please help.

So I’ve been sick for about 2 years now. It started when I was using meth. I would get real dizzy, nauseous, weak feeling. So I decided to quit. Well all the dizzy and nauseous feeling stayed there. The only relief I seem to get was when I overate. Well now her I am 2 years later, I still get extremely dizzy, a constant nauseous feeling, overall tiredness that only gets worse when I push myself physically. (Like to the point where I can barley get out of bed I’m so dizzy and nauseous.) I’ve tried 4 different types of anti depressants with no prevail. I’ve had multiple blood tests done and it comes up nothing every time. But I feel so terrible. I can’t drink alcohol at all anymore cuz it makes me dizzy and sick. It is an absolute struggle to make it through a day of work. By time the day is over I feel like my body is so weak I can barley move. My legs are shakey, my eyes hurt, I’ve lost 30 pounds in a matter of months, and the doctors keep saying it’s depression. But prior to drug use and during I was never depressed or had any problems. I’ve had an endoscopy and colonoscopy both came back fine. No medicine makes the nausea go away. I’ve tried Xanax still no relief. I just don’t know what to do at this point and I’m just praying someone has an idea of what to do.

Have you been seen by anyone for anything other than medication. Have you been to a therapy clinic for balance , coordination , vertigo and / or physical fitness? How about psychological counseling. Lots of people have Vagus nerve related depression felt on the abdomen. Nutrition evaluation may be related to that as well. All in all find someone who can do a good work up and history. Then be honest about things like being willing to get better. Best Wishes.
So, I've got a new update, the cultures that came back were 4 different types of bacteria, and 3 out of 4 are linked to periodontitis, one was an ecoli which I will get to in a sec. My doctor lanced the lesion during the culture test and pieces of ground meat came out. though they no longer had the texture of meat, it was clear that thats what is was and it had turned gangrenous inside that lesion. Basically the meat was rotting in my sinus cavity and was mixing with my blood from the lesion.
The periodontal bacteria are known to cause abscesses and what we've determined is that one day I chocked on some meat and coughed it up into my sinuses. There the bacteria from the meat I chewed started building and created an abscess somehow closing the meat inside. There it continued to grow until it became quite severe. Now I'm experiencing the symptoms that gingivitis normally causes, which explains the membranes being eaten away, and the arrythmias. There's another notable bacteria called Campylobacter gracilis in there, which is highly immune to antibiotics and can only be removed through surgical procedure or high doses of strong antibiotics. This bacteria seems to be the cause of a great deal of my symptoms. On occasion I get a putrid smell coming from my nose and we suspect that the sinuses open up at times and allow that stuff to drain out, causing it to go down the back of my throat into my stomach, therefore causing all sorts of gut havoc. The doctor recommended that I spit any drainage and that's what I have been doing. Since then, my food options have opened up and now I've been able to eat a wider variety of foods.
I still await my surgery which will be on the 10th. Hopefully this soon can all be put behind me.
Thanks for the update. This sounds great but it’s too bad it was missed on the MRI.
@reganripple ,
It's been a while since you posted. How are you currently dealing with the nausea?
Hey bro, although it was not what was going on with you, commonly these symptoms also may indicate a hiatal hernia from the increased abdominal pressure while people are on that stuff. I got something similar going on symptomatically and that was the culprit for much of my symptoms.
It can be imaged on a CT scan or xray. There are surgical options but they're not that great from what I hear. I'm going to see the gastro enterologist this month for an endoscopy and to explore treatment options.
There are massage therapies out there that can be self administered or done by a clinician. Youtube has some videos on hiatal hernia massage therapy.
Also,
I've placed an elastic resistance band on the bottom of my pectoral muscles. this has helped to curb the nerve pain, radiates through my legs, and ought to help to cure the hiatal hernia, chest pressure to reverse the herniation. If you do something similar make sure to allow for relief time and observe and guard against blood circulation issues.
People get these pretty commonly, some are more severe than other cases. Other causes include weight lifting and even some emotional somatic factors.
So you had a major infection but your White blood cell counts were normal on your blood tests? Are you immune compromised?
I’m not sure if you’ll even see this but I had felt real dizzy after fentanyl use even after a long period of time i still would feel dizzy I had started doing meth and while using it I’d get even more dizzy after stopping meth id still feel dizzy I’ve been to the doctor many time’s and still they haven’t given me and answer I’m pretty sure it’s got something to do with the heart at least for me.
I am the same way. Everyrime I try to quit smoking crystal meth . I get extremely dizzy and tired to the point I can't get outnof bed ad so scared that I'm a die that info back to smoking crystal meth. Tapering, or weaning off, of meth, is next to impossible on your own. For most drugs, you slowly reduce the dose (maybe .5 every two or three weeks.). However, with this drug, it sounds like you need extra help (not just doctor visits) to manage the dangerous side effects. Here is one site with information, but if you work the phones in your area, you should find help. It is worth it! https://harmreductioncenter.com/taper-off-crystal-meth/ The National Hotline is 1-800-662-4357.
