I am a male and I started puberty at around age 10-11. I was always taller than mostly everyone, up until age 13-14 where all my friends started getting a head taller than me. I am 164cm at 14 and a half years old. I saw something about tanner stages and I had symptoms of tanner stage 4 at age 12 e.g: armpit hair, pubic hair and facial hair. I think I am in tanner stage 5 right now as I have pubic hair growing out to the medial thigh and subtle hairs connecting my belly button to my pubic hairs. My parents heights are below average. My dad being 165cm and my mum being 160cm. I am a second born and my older brother is standing at 175cm. I just really want to know whether I will grow anymore and maybe reach a height of at least 167-170cm by the end of my teens.
I’m 5”4 male and late 13yrs old. My pubic hair started growing around 9 yrs old and I noticed strands of armpit hair recently. Does this mean I will no longer get taller?
Hi!
Im 12.3 years old girl and 5'0 ( 150cm ) . My friends are all 5'3 - 5'6 and they always call me short. Its getting to the point that i get really upset about it. My mum is 157.50cm and my dad is about 177cm. I haven't hit puberty yet. Will i still start growing and how tall do you think i would be? I also do gymnastics for 1hour per week.
Is it normal that I’m 5’3 at 13 years old? My dad is 5’7 and mom around 5’0. I entered puberty when I was 10 and by now I’m probably done with puberty as I already have a mustache and hair on areas. Genetics say I should be 5’6-5’8 but I haven’t grown since June and my birthday was 2 months ago. Can I still grow?
Hello I am 16 years old my birthday is August 17th 2007 and I feel I may be having growth issues and am trying to figure out if it’s just late blooming, health issues, or just a unique case of genetics. I am 5”2 and haven’t really grown more than 2 inches since 12-13 in terms of height. My mother is 5”2 and my father is 5”8. I also weigh 130 (130 more muscular body I am a martial arts athlete) and my father is 170. My brother (not same father) is 5”8 and is 180 of muscle but probably would be around 160-170 without the body builder build. He was roughly 5”4 at 16. For a little background on my health and emotional stuff I went through a huge depression from 11-14 and was a obese fat 133 until 15 I dropped to 110lb and then over the last year has added roughly 20 pounds of muscle+ most likely a little bit of fat in there but I’m by no means fat I still have visible abs and my cardio is great. I work out regularly and my diet consists of natural foods and as healthy as you can get aside from of course cheat meals every now and then and maybe going out to eat 1-2 times a month depending on the month. So my question is: is there anything I can do to attempt to figure out the problem or solve it without the expensive doctor bills?

I think only a physician can give you a good answer. Onset of puberty varies so much that it’s difficult to give a good answer.
What we do know is that we’ll most likely end up somewhere close to our parents’ heights.
Have you completed puberty? When did it start?
I’m happy to hear that you are past your depression.
A doctor can order an X-ray of your wrist to see if your growth plates are still open. A doctor can also tell by a physical examination in what growth stage your genitalia are.
With this information you can get the most accurate prediction.

Hey, im in the same situation as you, did you ever grow since 2022?
You can tell your parents that you will stop worrying once you get the answers. If you are past growing, you can learn to accept that.
Being tall is not necessarily something to strive for. I am tall, taller than most of my friends and in my teens taller than boys. Not so much fun. My father was tall but my mother about 5’1. My sister is short.
You can focus on your positive traits- I’m sure there are many!
