I started 3 days ago 2x20mg Prednisone for 1 week 1x20mg 2nd week and 1x20mg every 2nd day for 1 week but on 3rd day no spots and zero itch Fantastic relief after 3 months of sleepless nights

Be careful with the Prednisone. You don't want to take it over a period of time. If the itching returns when you stop the steroid, try Cilantro smoothies or the liquid. I've had great success with Them.
