Thyroid? Or something else? Constant internal shakiness
Going on 2months now everyday non stop. Sometimes mild and im able to ignore it but over the hours of day it becomes more severe and causing my heart rate to go up and my blood pressure to go very high (170/99) its episodic. Ive been to hospital for it 3 times for it and received no treatment as my vitals slowly return to normal. Xanex helps me feel calm but does not help the shakiness just helps me not get upset about it. Am only 28 years old and hypothyroid. I have never had symptoms like this in my entire life just started out of nowhere. Iam in good sTate of mind and aware of what's happening when the episodes happen. So far my doctors are clueless.

I am 10 days post kidney transplant
I also have a feeling of internal shaking. Figured it was the new meds
@wickenburger, Congratulations on your kidney transplant! At 10 days out of surgery, you are going to be on a high dose of medications. Your transplant doctors will be doing frequent blood tests to establish the dose that your body needs to prevent it from rejecting your new kidney. I had a liver and kidney transplant in 2009, and I still get mild tremors occasionally.
Wickenburger, Here is a discussion in the Transplant Group where transplant recipients are talking about their own experiences tremors after their transplants. I invite you to join us there.

Hi khali,
Did u ever get your B12 checked? I also have internal tremors. My B12 was very low. Now i go in for B12 shots. My tremors have calmed down quite a bit since I’ve been getting the shots. Hope this helps you.
Hi, my B12 is like 890 so it"s ok. I think my internal shakiness is because of my thyroid been attack by the antibodies and the shading of hormones from it
Have you find what it is? I have the same, please message me
Could be your thyroid med dose?
Look up symptoms of too high dose of synthesis. Bc

Cantek, have you experienced an issue with taking too high a dose of thyroid medication?
I have the same. My dr just gives me a puzzled look. My TSH was high end of normal. T3 and T4 normal. I’m on 50 mcg levothyroxine. I took half a tablet for 2 days and shaking was less just as a test. Best to make appointment for blood test. Let me know anyone if you get answers.

If you’re taking Prednisone that may be the culprit.
I take mine around noon so I can have the morning without the tremors, sweats and what I call the hyper brain. It makes me feel like I am connected to an electrical outlet!
