How to buy Hypertonic saline 7% without prescription?

Hello, I am NTM/MAC patient in China. I saw many patients here recommend nebulize with 7% saline with good results. I ran out of saline solution and am desperately looking to find the supply. Unfortunately it is NOT available in my country. In the past I was able to buy some on Amazon without prescription by US doctor (i have a prescrption by Chinese doctor). Currently this product is not available anymore on Amazon. I found the product on Nebology (thanks to someone who suggested it on this forum), but when I placed order, the represetative does not accept my Chinese prescrption even though I told her FDA regulation won't need to be extended to patients outside of USA. I wonder if anyone knows how to buy this product without prescription. Thanks!

I just but it at the drug store. I can get it and send it to you. Its only salt???

Thank you! Which drug store chain do you buy this 7% saline solution at? My son is in US and I can ask him to buy for me.

I believeI got one box at Shoppers and the other at Remedy"s Rx
