Help! Where can I park and get to appointments on time in Rochester?
My husband has an appointment at the Hilton building at 9:30 and one at 9:45 in the Gonda building. I will need to drop him off, park and walk to the Hilton building. He has a couple more appointments after that. Where should I park? Damon parking ramp? How far is to walk to the Hilton building. We have not been there before.

Hi @ckm, Are you appointments tomorrow?
I'm tagging @lmindela from the Concierge Services in case he starts early in the morning and can provide exact information. I'm also tagging a few locals like @roch and @johnbishop who can help.
The Hilton Building and the Gonda Building are across the street from one another, a 4 minute walk from one another.
You have several parking options near by.
1. Damon parking ramp is a 4 min walk to Hilton Building
2. 3rd Street parking ramp is a 2 min walk
3. SP+ Parking a 3 min walk
4. Public Parking, 110 W Center St is a 4 min walk
I suggest to park early and relax at a coffee shop or do some window shopping so you're not having to search for an available spot.

@ckm.If the Damon parking ramp is full or the line is too long then you can move on to the Graham parking ramp. Sometimes there is so much traffic in front of the Gonda building that I park in the Baldwin parking ramp. There is always available parking in the Baldwin ramp. The Baldwin ramp is connected via the underground tunnel and is actually the closest to the Hilton building.
There is not an official drop off place at Hilton.
You can drop your husband off at Mayo / Gonda location drive. You enter off 3rd street (one way) and drop off is on right hand side. There is usually a line, very busy. Arrive early (8:30) because it is very busy there in morning. There is also an option for valet parking. You can leave your car at drop off point and they will park car for extra charge on top of parking charge.
If you park yourself, then as you exit drop off and there is parking ramp directly across street (Damon Parking), it is very busy and sometimes is full. The next parking ramp is another two blocks farther down one way on left (Graham Parking) . Graham is two blocks walk back to Gonda where you drop husband off.
Both Damon and Graham are attached to Mayo buildings via subway.
If your husband needs a wheelchair, the drop off at Gonda will have them available. Also, if you're not able to push him, ask for an escort. Two options, he can wait at Gonda till you park car or an escort can push him to Hilton and you can meet him there.
After your appointment at Hilton, if need another escort, ask desk attendant and one can help him get to next appointment.
Here is map of building and parking spots.

Helen in previous post mentioned Baldwin ramp. It is smaller ramp. There is a drop off spot as enter ramp off 4th Ave (one way), but not sure if can get an escort if need help pushing wheelchair.
The surface lot shown on map past Baldwin is no longer there. Being used for construction.

Thank you so much We will use the Baldwin parking lot. We are getting a map in the mail so we should be set
The Damon ramp will be perfect. Take the elevators into the subway level of the Gonda., you will find volunteers in blue vests who will point you to the Hilton Desk C. Desk C starts in the subway level below the Mayo building.
@ckm. I hope we didn't confuse you too much as you figured out what worked best for you and dropping your husband off.
