Has anyone experienced internal vibrations?

Posted by redladyjoni @redladyjoni, Nov 26, 2018

I started having the only way I can explain it is internal vibrations. I've had them for 3 months now, I went to t hihe ER and they told me it was anxiety. A doctor diagnosed me at a clinic as having Lyme disease I've started a 21-day prescription of Doxycycline I'm on day 7. I went to a psychiatrist a week ago to get something because of my nerves are just over the brink. He prescribed me Gabapentin and Valium I've only been on them a few days.
Has anyone experienced these internal vibrations?I have them almost 24/7 chest neck stomach from the hips down. I have more lab tests that should be in today, but the doctor's office said that they would not call unless there was some abnormality in the lab work.

medical cannabis? can i get that?

Getting medical cannabis would depend on where you live. If you’re in the US, here is a map of states where it is legally allowed for treatment.
https://disa.com/map-of-marijuana-legality-by-state
Any licensed doctor in a state where medical marijuana is legal can write a recommendation for a patient — provided the patient’s condition is on the list of illnesses that can be legally treated with cannabis.

Do you know if you’re in a state where this is accepted?

Hi, Thank you for that, I may need to give this a try, do we know how long it took for her symtoms to subside? I am willing to try anything, yes I am pending an appt with the neurologist but they dont even have anything lined up yet,im thinking that the internal vibrations are causing me to be overly tired too. its really horrible thing to just start on suddenly. never heard of it before

Sorry, I didn't seen any reference on how long it took for the symptoms to disappear after doing the Candida cleanse diet. I'm hoping Patty @jesussaves1 is still following this discussion and may be able to share more information with you.

ANYONE CAN APPLY FOR A MEDICAL CANNABIS CARD IF CANNABIS HAS BEEN LEGALIZED. I REMOVED MY MEDICATIONS ONE AT A TIME TO DETERMINE IF THE MEDICATIONS WERE CAUSING THE VIBERATIONS. THEY WERE NOT THE ISSUE. AFTER TWO NEUROLOGISTS AT A TEACHING HOSPITAL AND TRIAL MEDICATIONS MS AND PD WERE ELIMINATED. WELL A THAT POINT I DECIDED TO TRY MEDICAL CANNIBIS. I WILL POST ANY POSITIVE EFFECTS. CANNIBIS ALLOWS ME TO PUT THE VIBRATIONS ON THE BACK BURNER. GOGGLE "MEDICAL BENEFIT OF CANNABIS" OR ILGM.COM AS AN ALTERNATIVE TO ANXIETY OR PAIN MEDICATIONS.

Hi - I've been vibrating for over a year now. I have been to the ER twice, been worked up by GI, Neuro, Cardiology, and rheumatology. From possible B toxicity to MS. Pills do not take it away. I am not anxious when I'm having the vibrations. I have vibrations from my head to my toes - mostly in my trunk area and legs (originally started after I had developed herniated disc in my back). However. I also have cold intolerance with normal thyroid labs etc. I get tinnitus very strong/loud different tones in both ears, and now the vibration shows up as artifact on my EKGs. I was recently diagnosed with Raynaud's and nonspecific autoimmune disease with a nuclear/nucleolar ANA pattern. I decided to try an auto-immune protocol diet - but first decided to go off of processed foods and sugars first to help transition (its a huge leap) This alone has helped greatly reduce the vibrations as well as the tinnitus. They are not gone yet but I am able to sleep almost through the night again. I believe what I have is via the gut - I know not everyone who has internal vibrations is the same, but this is helping. I would like to find out the cause and end it eventually but thought If it could help me it would be worth trying. All my doctors seem stumped.

Here is my story… About two years I developed this vibration from my rectum all the way to my head. The vibration became so loud and uncomfortable, the doctors explained it as being stuck between fight and flight. Anxiety was awful. I was given Xanax, Ativan, gabapentin, antidepressants and Ambien to sleep. The noise was so loud I went to the emergency room twice because I thought I was having a heart attack. I went to a cardiologist, neurologist, G.I. doctor, Endo doctor, PCP. Everyone just gave me a pill.
Finally… I went to a place here in Phoenix with my husband because he wanted to lose weight. Although I only had 10 to 15 pounds to lose I filled out the paperwork just as he did. The doctor looked at my husband and said your wife needs to be here more than you. I was very fidgety, I couldn’t hold still. was constantly shaking my leg. I figured I had tried everything else why not give this a try. I was desperate! It’s called a Candida cleanse (goggle it, too much to explain here) and apparently the noise was coming from my digestive system. It needed a break. I am happy to report that vibrations are totally gone! In addition to that, I no longer need my Metformin and I no longer need my blood pressure medication.!! My gut is clean my body is feeling amazing although the last two years have been hell I can honestly say I feel better than I have in years.😊 I hope this helps someone!!
Food will heal you or kill you!! I’m a believer now.

I wanted to thank you for your comment. I just posted my first today after having vibrations for over a year. I too am believing this is a gut thing. As eliminating processed foods and sugars from my diet for just one week has helped decrease the vibrations and the tinnitus tremendously.

HELLO, THE VIBRATIONS STARTED 11 YEARS AGO AS IF YOU FLIPPED A LIGHT SWITCH. I TREAT MY CONDITION WITH MEDICAL CANNIBIS.

Same here. Muscle twitching for 2.5 years with other strange neurological symptoms so I started medical marijuana and CBD tincture. It does not cure my neurological symptoms but it lessons the horrible numerous sensations I get on a daily basis. Local neurologist seem uncaring regarding my suffering so my first visit to Jacksonville Mayo is March 9.

HI! THERE APPEARS TO BE A PATTERN WITH COMMENTS REGARDING INTERNAL VIBRATIONS..REPLACE OUR REFRIGERATORS, PHYSICIANS BELIEVE WE ARE CRAZY OR DRUG ADDICTED, PRIMARY CARE LISTING THE VIBRATIONS LAST IN A LIST OF ISSUES, REFERRED TO NEUROLIGISTS, TESTING, TRIAL MEDICATIONS, (2 YR. PROCESS) ELIMINATE MS AND PD AND UNFORTUNATELY THIS IS THE END OF THE LINE. AT SOME TIME IN THE PROCESS "YOU HAVE TO DECIDE TO PUT IT ON THE BACK BURNNER" FIND THE BEST WAY TO DEAL. I HAVE A MEDICAL CANNIBIS CARD AND LOVE TO GARDEN. CANNIBIS HELPS ME PUT THE VIBRATIONS IN THE BACKGROUND. KEEP IN MIND THAT NOT HAVING MS OR PD IS A GOOD THING. MY BEST.

@mariell Hi there. It seems you are really giving it your all in trying to understand or stop your plethora of symptoms. It's not a good feeling when you get to the point you feel it's kind of taking over your life, as you state. I understand because I also got to that point.

I really like that you are thinking of natural things to help like cutting caffeine. Perhaps thinking outside of the box....instead of more medicines and staying in fight or flight mode, have you ever considered the Mayo Pain Rehabilitation Center?
