Hello @rickfox2676, I would like to add my welcome to Connect along with @lmurray03 other members. I agree with @lmurray03 about getting a second opinion. Mayo Clinic has some information here - Low blood pressure (hypotension): https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/low-blood-pressure/symptoms-causes/syc-20355465

You mentioned you also have pain in the abdomen but the ultrasound was normal. Here is an article that sounds similar to what you are describing.
"Can low blood pressure cause abdominal pain? -- If you feel abdominal pain and dizziness after eating, it may be because your blood pressure hasn't stabilized. This sudden drop in blood pressure after a meal is called postprandial hypotension. Normally, when you eat, blood flow increases to your stomach and small intestine." --- What's Causing My Abdominal Pain and Dizziness? - Healthline: https://www.healthline.com/health/abdominal-pain-and-dizziness

Have you thought about getting a second opinion or seeking help at a major teaching hospital or health facility like Mayo Clinic?

HIDA scan performed and was normal. I can go 2 days without eating and BP issues do not fade. Don't believe food is the culprit. I was told now they believe possible: Adrenal insufficiency, Addison's Disease or Low levels of cortisol.
