Has anyone experienced internal vibrations?

I started having the only way I can explain it is internal vibrations. I've had them for 3 months now, I went to t hihe ER and they told me it was anxiety. A doctor diagnosed me at a clinic as having Lyme disease I've started a 21-day prescription of Doxycycline I'm on day 7. I went to a psychiatrist a week ago to get something because of my nerves are just over the brink. He prescribed me Gabapentin and Valium I've only been on them a few days.
Has anyone experienced these internal vibrations?I have them almost 24/7 chest neck stomach from the hips down. I have more lab tests that should be in today, but the doctor's office said that they would not call unless there was some abnormality in the lab work.

@bamma The only possible answer I can offer regarding why might you vibrate has to do with Central Sensitization Syndrome (CSS). CSS can cause internal vibrations/tremors. It sometimes helps explain the unexplainable. Have you heard of CSS?

Has removing yourself from doctors and medications helped you?

I am new to this forum and I’m not sure if you are still having the issue, I had a similar situation for two years and it was finally resolved. I realize your post is nine months old I’m just curious if you’re still having the same vibration issue.

Hi, is there a resolution to this? as i have already gone through tests such as mri etc, this is something thats come back around 2.5 weeks ago, but i feel like im geting no where with my neurologist. I have been pre scribed beta blockers and anti depressants, what can i do ? i want to just get rid of them. is this because i am in fight or flight still or?
i have also have high pitched tinnitus, but seems to be lessoning
along with fatigue

Hi, can i ask did this start from an anxiety attack or anything along those lines to begin with?

hi, any tips on helping this? as i have cut out caffeine now, and trying everything, it helps when i have alcohol but seems to make it worse as an after effect so making me not want to have it again, its kind of taking over my life now. other symptoms too like fuzziness comes and goes in my legs. neurologists are taking their time to see me

hi, any tips on helping this? as i have cut out caffeine now, and trying everything, it helps when i have alcohol but seems to make it worse as an after effect so making me not want to have it again, its kind of taking over my life now. other symptoms too like fuzziness comes and goes in my legs. neurologists are taking their time to see me

Welcome @mariell, I saw a post earlier in this discussion by @jesussaves1 that mentions her internal vibrations were relieved by a Candida cleanse diet. @bamma You're welcome. I'm elated to hear that your overall health and lifestyle have not been effected and you have no pain. That's awesome!

CSS can cause odd symptoms like tremors without pain being present. If nothing else I hoped CSS knowledge possibly helped explain the why behind the what for your wonder.

You mention removing yourself from doctors and medications. May I ask what prompted you to do so? Have you noticed a benefit from removing medications regarding your tremors?

Yes, i get internal vibrations. I have a number of myeloma diseases plus others, but all the docs around here(from Mayo to Medicare) say I am too old to make it worth while to treat them. So I just suffer the consequences. Anyway, they com on in periods of high stress, or when the electric shocks hit my right side nerves, from foot to right ear, where there is Basal Cell and/or ossification. The quivering is mostly around the spleen area. oldkarl

Hi, Thank you for that, I may need to give this a try, do we know how long it took for her symtoms to subside? I am willing to try anything, yes I am pending an appt with the neurologist but they dont even have anything lined up yet,im thinking that the internal vibrations are causing me to be overly tired too. its really horrible thing to just start on suddenly. never heard of it before
