Mysterious shortness of breath: What has helped you?

I too have this condition but the only thing that I haven't seen mentioned yet is that sometimes I have what I call some type of spasms with inspiration, but not always... every day though. ... like 3 quick "hiccups but not" as I'm breathing in.

Hi,
Not to downplay that but it's unique for sure.
I don't like hiccups so I hope that doesn't start. 🥴
Have you found anything on the internet that describes that?
