@julkun, Sorry to hear you have neuropathy from type 2 diabetes. I have been labeled pre-diabetic for most of my adult life without it getting any worse and it's only been in the past 4 years or so that I started being concerned about it. I started looking into diet and lifestyle changes after reading the following information by @LeeAase.

Reversing Type 2 Diabetes with a Low-Carb Diet: https://social-media-university-global.org/2021/02/reversing-type-2-diabetes-with-a-low-carb-diet/

We also have a discussion on the topic here -- Low-carb healthy fat living. Intermittent fasting. What’s your why?: https://connect.mayoclinic.org/discussion/low-carb-healthy-fat-living-intermittent-fasting-whats-your-why/

Have you tried making any dietary or lifestyle changes to help with your type 2 diabetes which may also help with your neuropathy?

I think you have misunderstood me. I want to reverse the neuropathy pain. I have completely changed my diet and my weight is perfect and my A1C is low 6's. Controlling type 2 diabetes does not control the pain from neuropathy. Not controlling type 2 diabetes can result in very bad things. I am controlled, yet still suffering from the PAIN.
