In reply to @renay110… my scores have improved significantly to the point that I have moved into the osteopenia range instead of osteoporosis range over the past few years.

I can onky get a DEXA every 2 years. The first 3 showed an increase. The last one showed a decrease. I will 0probably have another one later this year.
