I could not determine what dosages of either EGCG or D3 were done on this study. Anyone know? Or recommended brands?

I was part of the study from 2007-09. EGCG Dosage started at 2 g twice a day; I was continually reduced until I got to the minimum dosage of 400 mg twice a day. I was then removed from the study. At every dosage the EGCG caused elevated liver enzymes. If you take EGCG be sure to have liver enzymes checked.
