I notice you have a beautiful cat. Does your cat sleep with you? If so you may want to try a night or two without the company. I have to close my bedroom door to keep my cat out or it will keep me up. I wish you the best.

That's my R.E.M.F.y, He is the sweetest :). He will sleep at the foot of my bed for awhile, but then goes in the livingroom. He don't like the kickin' and jerkin' that I do as I'm tryin' to fall asleepp. I am lookin' for a new doc. in my area, any ideas?

Does exercise help? I sleep better if I get physical exercise at least 30-60 min. per day. I Have arthritis and fibromyalgia. Dr. insists exercise will minimize pain. It helps me feel better mentally also.

Merry Christmas!!

Merry Christmas to you too :). My main problem w/ sleep is pain. I injured my neck a few mos, back and I also suffer from RLS. I try to exercise, but it's still painfull. The injury messed up the arthritis that I guess I already had.

try using an inexpensive neck brace, not too tight. it may just keep you head/neck still and take some pressure from the pain. worked for me, good luck.
