Delayed Sleep Phase Syndrome: Are there others out there?

I have DSPS, Circadian Rythym disorder and non-24. I free run and never know in advance when I will be asleep and when I will be awake. I am 83, have had it all my life and have adjusted to it as well as possible.

I have struggled with sleeping like a “normal” person all my life. I’ve always thought I had a circadian rhythm disorder like Delayed Sleep Disorder, but had never heard of non-24 hour sleep disorder. Once I read a little about it, I’m sure that’s what my problem is because of the cycles. I can’t find a lot of information on it. If anyone has a good, informative link I would love to read what I can.
