Music Helps Me

At times music can be helpful. I like the group Anthem Lights...A new discovery for me when I was perusing youtube. A Capella has always been my thing. I love to sing!!!!!

Years ago when I worked strange shifts, I taught myself to fall asleep anytime, anywhere, if I had the chance. I still do that. Think doctor's office, on a car ride as a passenger, even at the dentist! There is one CD that imprinted onto my mind as a prelude to sleep, when I had worked all night and needed to get some rest. I have rarely heard that CD all the way through, that's how strongly it imprinted on me!

Music can certainly make a difference.

Hi, I found this Spotify playlist a few days ago ("Most Beautiful Songs According to AskReddit"). While the choices are obviously debatable, there is certainly something in there for everyone. I am not sure if you can listen with the free Spotify (I have the paid subscription). My understanding, however, is that it is also available on YouTube, although I did not investigate that:
