Hi @lawman, I know it can seem overwhelming at times and it's perfectly normal to feel the way you do about having tried everything to lose weight. I tried for many years to lose weight and many different diet plans and spent a few years in Weight Watchers until I finally realized that it was really up to me and I had to make a decision on the kind of lifestyle that is healthy for me and stick with it. Intermittent fasting and control the time window during the day that I allow myself to eat really helped me. It made it easier to cutout the night time snacking and a few other bad eating habits I had. Making sure I had some exercise daily also was part of the changes I made. Thanks for the concern and advice. I think the night time snacks and love for sweets chocolate are my biggest hurtle.
