Hi. I found your post from searching. I’ve had the exact same thing for years!! My nose is getting worse every year, completely collapsed nostril on one side. Is this the same as yours? Would love to message so we can share what we’ve found.

Welcome @jessicaaa, I'm not sure if @angelak43 saw your post so I'm hoping she is able to provide an update for you. @happy2bhear posted a possibility that medications you are taking could be a problem earlier in the discussion here - https://connect.mayoclinic.org/comment/609039/.

Have you seen an ENT doctor to see if they are able to help?

There are autoimmune diseases that can cause this. Have you been to a rheumatologist?
