September 27,2021 Monday I started the following drill everyday. 12 days so far.
100% Pure Premium Grade Chlorella Pyrenoidosa with Cilantro as following text describes.
3 grams Chlorella at 1 hour after last food for the day.
Then 40 grams Cilantro 30 minutes after the Chlorella.
In advance make the following Smoothie.
Cilantro comes in 80 gram bunches at Super Market.
$1.50 a bunch.
I get 5 bunches and cut into 2 inch sections and drop into big blender, and add lemonade with it till blender till blender fully chopped with lemonade instead of water. You can use any other fluid.

There a 3 species of Chlorella.
1) Chlorella-Pyrenoidosa is better for the absorption of toxins.
2) Cholrella-Vulgaris less metal binding.
3) Chlorells-Spirulina has heavy metals int that it got from where it grows. The lowest mercury Spirulina comes from Australia and New Guiniea.
