Have you tried adding 400 mg Magnesium Glycinate (most bioavailable form of Magnesium) to the Melatonin regimen? I personally know others who have found it to be beneficial. Also, often the "expectation" that you have to fall asleep may create an anxiety barrier hat works against relaxing the mins. Try just listening to the music just for the music and see what happens. Hope this helps somewhat.

@miker8888 Thanks for the tip. I will consider trying that.
I wear hearing aids so I would need to have them in to listen to music and it hurts to sleep on them.
