Wish I could help, but I know nothing about Humiira. As far as phototherapy goes, you would have to check with your health insurance company. From what little I have read about it on this forum, I don't recall it being an answer for anyone. Try CeraVe Anti Itching Cream for the itching. Ice packs too if you can take the cold. @gardeningjunkie swears by witch hazel. These are only temporary solutions, but better than nothing. Good luck!

Just to clarify, I find the Witch Hazel refreshing to splash on my torso after showering, I pat dry in the shower and then splash it on during hot weather. I hadn't been symptomatic with active GD when I splashed it on. I did have old papuales drying up that no longer itched. It is antibacterial so may benefit us if GD is active with papules or pustules. Others with active GD said it helped with itching. One blogger said it put it into remission.
