Quick update on my using of the Cilantro extract drops from Herb Pharm as opposed to the cilantro smoothies. I had been using the drops since 6/9 and my itchiness and the number of sores that were a brighter shade of red definitely decreased, but it was still far from being in remission. Also, I was taking chlorella about 45-60 minutes before the drops as was recommended in some articles I found about natural chelation methods. Several days ago I gave up on the whole routine out of frustration that I was not continuing to improve on my quest to achieve remission status as has @gardeningjunkie. Yesterday I had a bad outbreak of new sores on both of my "love handles", those areas on your lower back and sides where fat seems to like to accumulate. I'm a skinny guy, but I've still got 'em! LOL. So anyway, I went back on the chlorella and cilantro last night and this morning I'm noticeably better. Does all of this prove anything about cilantro? Scientifically speaking, no. It is interesting anecdotal evidence though. I guess I'm sticking with the chlorella/cilantro routine. If you do a search for "chlorella and cilantro detox protocol" you will come up with some articles on why the two work well together if you are interested.

I also included the chlorella which was recommended on my anti-inflammation diet. It's inexpensive and easy to take in pill form. I still take it daily.

Thanks to your posts, I have been doing the liquid Cilantro 2 times a day, and it SEEMS to be working. A couple of nights ago, I had an outbreak. The next day I received my new bottle, took some, and within 24 hours the symptoms lessened considerably. Now several days later, my symptoms are minimal. My thanks to you for motivating me to try the liquid. So much easier than smoothies. Hope your feeling better.
