Thanks so much for responding and providing the link. I will definitely check it out! I have begun the FODMAP Zolan and I am amazed at the difference it makes! Again, many thanks!!!

Hi @jkay2418

I hope that your appointment with the dietician goes well. I'm not familiar with FODMAP Zolan. I'll have to look that up. It must be a form of the original FODMAP.

I'd love to hear how you are doing. Will you keep in touch with updates?
