Hello @nourai, Welcome to Connect, an online community where patients and caregivers share their experiences, find support and exchange information with others. I'm sure ResMed has some kind of algorithm that explains it but I really don't like their app compared to the one I had for my Philips Respironics Dreamstation which I had to replace due to the latest recall. I love my new ResMed AirMini and my events per hour are less that what I was getting for my Dreamstation. The problem I'm having is with the mask seal which I really don't believe is that important which is just my non-medical opinion. I think it might be a good question to pose to your sleep medicine doctor which I am going to do at some time. I use a cloth comfort cover on my mask and it's normal for some air leak. I also tried my mask without the comfort cover and it was waking me up when the pressure got too high. It would lift the mask off of my face. I'm just happy the events are staying below 4 for me which is what my doctor wants.

Here's what ResMed says - myAir tips: understanding your myAir score: https://www.resmed.com/en-us/sleep-apnea/sleep-blog/myair-tips-understanding-your-myair-score/

What type of mask do you use?
