I got word from my oncologist to go ahead and get my third shot, and I start chemo this Friday. My husband [a kidney transplant recipient] will hopefully get our third vaccines tomorrow [Thurs] when we pick up his meds from the not-so-local pharmacy.

We both had Pfizer vaccines earlier in the year. This pharmacy is reserving their Pfizer stock for youngsters, and utilizing Moderna for adults. But told us they would make an exception in our cases. Be sure to check which one you are getting, before you roll up your sleeve!
