After my cancer diagnosis I met with a nutritionist who stated it’s always best to get your vitamins & minerals from food. With that being said she also encouraged supplements if the diet fell short. Finding a nutritionist to discuss your needs might be helpful and using an App to track the vitamins/minerals obtained from food could also be good.
Doctors don’t have as much knowledge in nutrition & supplements, their knowledge is medicine.
Recently I reduced the supplements I take and now I take CoQ-10, Beet Root Extract, Folic Acid, Iron, Vitamin D, and a Multi-vitamin.

Thanks for the info. I really don't know at this point what to do. I'm taking them and if I have a reaction I'll soon find out. Would have thought the doctor would have at least referred me to someone who was willing to answer my questions but it appears he didn't want to or didn't have a clue.
