Thank you for sharing this as my PCP is encouraging me to get shingrix and having battled this horrible grovers for 3 years I can’t risk further flare ups. It’s popping up now on my legs hip and feet in strange places. The only thing that works is strong steroid cream but that has side effects.
I’m also trying collagen supplements.
The brutal heat is another problem as I’m very sensitive. Sorry to complain so much but this group understands our situation.
