@auntieoakley Chris: will see oncologist in September to discuss current status and plan for Zometa infusion treatment schedule. Just had some dental work done, and panoramic X-rays to exclude any other major potential problems that might loom. None. Would you mind sharing exactly which calcium supplement you are taking? Shelves are loaded with them, and I understand there are differences in composition/strength/additional ingredients. If you can share brand name, fine. If not, just ? MG of which calcium, and ? units of Vitamin D? Also, in the past someone posted that calcium supplements can accumulate in your blood vessels and stiffen them, unless you also take Vitamin K2. (Of course, I have also read that the COVID-19 vaccines contain microchips to track people, so just because I read something does not make this true!!!!!). Any input would be appreciated.
I take Bone Strength which has some calcium and a multi which has some also. I am not sure if I am getting enough.
Yes I take Calcium and Vitamin D plus another hair, skin and nails pill which has a little more of each. I hope my doctor will monitor to see if I have enough.
