Hello @siya, Welcome to Connect. It doesn't look like @ladybeard123 is still following Connect as her last post was February of 2020. Hopefully if she sees your post she can tell you how her swollen columella was treated.

Is it okay applying ice pack or aloe vera ?

Thankyou for your concern @johnbishop sir. I didn't went to doctor yet but I will tommorow... Still I'm hoping it 'll recover on its own , I don't know whether it's pimple or nasal vestibutilus . It's little itchy and painful 😣
