We all have to learn what works for us. I have read where Sarna helped some with itching and bought it, but it was a waste of money for me. No itching benefit at all.
@locutus....Hi there, I just noticed your post about bathtub soaks. I suffer from small fiber neuropathy and the best bath soak I have found is Aveeno Soothing Bath Treatment. It was recommended by my dermatologist.
