Guys!!!! I may have found an answer!!!!!
Look up:
Crust type of nasopharyngeal bursitis and Tornwaldt’s cyst

So far I have read that “Combined endoscopic endonasal and transoral approach with good electrocauterization is a minimally invasive and effective way of treating both types of nasopharyngeal bursitis” but I’m going to have to research other effective ways!!

I am getting a Thornwaldt Cyst removed in a few days via cauterization / laser. An MRI along with 3 scopes identified the problem.
