Burning Mouth Syndrome (BMS): Anyone found any relief?

I have had BMS (starting as OLP) for many years. Seen top oral pathologists in NYC and Boston (including one who treats BMS). What I
learned is that there is no reasonable treatment for these problems, much less a cure. It seems to be a life sentence.

Please discuss with your doctor trying klonopin. I struggled horribly with BMS for many years. Started low dose and had fantastic results .
