@dablues Sometimes it's the little things that make a difference in weight gain and it helps to try something new. I've had issues with weight most of my adult life and now at 78 I think I finally figured it out. What has helped me is intermittent fasting and changing the amount of time for my eating vs non-eating windows. There is another discussion group and discussion that you might find helpful.

I am not a big eater, I eat off a small plate and I don't pile it on. I always was thin but now it appears also, that no matter what food I put in my body my stomach gets really big. I don't know if I'm allergic to food or what. I was told years back when I had allergy tests I wasn't.
