The only thing bothering me is my weight gain when I didn't change my eating habits and now that I do my exercises at home instead of the Y, I do 7 days a week instead of 5 days a week.

@dablues Sometimes it's the little things that make a difference in weight gain and it helps to try something new. I've had issues with weight most of my adult life and now at 78 I think I finally figured it out. What has helped me is intermittent fasting and changing the amount of time for my eating vs non-eating windows. There is another discussion group and discussion that you might find helpful.
