Where to go in Rochester help find in building

Have you a patient portal with Mayo? If yes, you should have a list of all your appts, what desk to check in the specific building where the desk is located. Their website provides maps for all campuses. Even with just having the bldg, floor and desk it is very easy to navigate.

The is an information desk to the left when you walk into the main entrance of the Rochester clinic. You can ask for directions there, or ask anyone of the volunteers you see while walking the campus. They will be happy to help direct you to to your destination. Mayo’s website and patient portals are the best. I live 5 hours away, but with those two items they make me feel like they are right next door!

Tell me the building name such as Gonda, Mayo, Hilton, etc. and floor, I might be able to help point you in the right direction.
Mayo is super easy to get around once inside. There are signs everywhere and legions of volunteers in blue jackets who will help you navigate the campus.

Give yourself plenty of time to arrive at the clinic if you’re having to park your car though.

Thank you all it just says Mayo? Good to know about parking. I haven't been there in years and went for my grandparents so was easier since cancer clinic. Just hoping I can bring my daughter in with my hubby. As I am needed at appt but can't leave her alone. I hope all is well with you. We have a ten hour drive so was hoping for one less thing to worry about. Sounds like they have improved finding the landing spot for appointments much easier! Love helpers!

@truelifeseeker Is your husband signed up for his patient portal? If so, on the portal his schedule should give more indication than just saying Mayo.
If this consult is in the Mayo building it should give you a floor. EXAMPLE ONLY: Mayo building 18-East

You have a 10 hour drive. Are you lodging somewhere? The hotel might have a shuttle service making it much easier for you to get to and from the clinic without finding parking.

As everyone said, check portal. Some psychiatry appointments are at Generous building, that is on St Mary's campus, in which case do not park downtown. If in doubt and not clear on portal, call Mayo Clinic in Minnesota at 507-538-3270.
